This Tanto Titled Pear Blossom

The blade is folded 1086v aprox 3500 layers . It has a very beautiful hamon.
The saya is black lacquer with Black pearl cherry blossoms inlayed . It is mounted in a totally traditional fashion.
The Habaki is forged copper and gold plated.
The Seppas are carved copper also gold plated. The Menukis are sterling silver dragons also gold plated.
The Fuchi Kashira are sterling silver with antique finish. Saya carved ho wood with a ishime or stone finish.
Kojiri koiguichi and kurikata are made from buffalo horn. Ray skin wrap with traditional green silk ito. his is a close up
